1. How long will my order take to deliver?
Most orders reach within 4–7 working days depending on your location. Remote areas may take a little longer. You will receive tracking details once your order is shipped.
2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available for select pin codes. Some COD orders may require verification before dispatch.
3. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will get a tracking link via SMS or email. You can click the link to check your real-time delivery status.
4. What is your return policy?
We accept returns only for wrong, defective, or damaged products. The return request must be raised within 5 days of delivery along with a clear unboxing video.
5. How do I request a return or exchange?

6. When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 8–15 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. COD refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI.
7. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, we issue a full refund.
8. What if I receive the wrong or damaged product?
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a complete unboxing video. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund as per policy.
9. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders above ₹499. Orders below ₹499 will have a small shipping fee of ₹49.
