Shipping policy

At Radhekrisna, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely across India. Please go through our shipping terms before placing an order.

  1. Shipping Locations
     We ship Pan-India to all serviceable pin codes through reliable courier partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, XpressBees, Ecom Express, ShadowFax, and others working in your area.

  2. Order Processing Time
     Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.
     Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
     Prepaid orders are packed and dispatched first. COD orders may require phone or WhatsApp verification before processing.

  3. Estimated Delivery Time
     Metro Cities: 2–4 working days
     Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–6 working days
     Remote Areas: 5–8 working days

Delivery timelines may vary based on courier network delays, weather conditions, strikes, or other unexpected situations.

  1. Shipping Charges
     Free shipping is available on all orders above ₹499.
     A shipping fee of ₹49 applies to orders below ₹499.
     For rare cases where a remote area surcharge is applicable, we will inform you before dispatch.

  2. Order Tracking
     Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
     • A dispatch confirmation email or SMS
     • Your tracking number
     • A link to track your shipment on the courier’s website

If tracking details are not received within 48 hours of ordering, please contact our support team.

  1. Delivery Delays & Unserviceable Locations
     We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, restrictions, or other external factors.
     If your pin code is not serviceable at the time of shipping, we will reach out to you for cancellation and issue a full refund.

  2. Missed or Undelivered Packages
     If the delivery partner is unable to reach you, they may attempt redelivery.
     If multiple attempts fail, the package may return to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may be applied.
     Please ensure your mobile number and address are correct and reachable.

  3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
     COD is available for select pin codes.
     A small handling charge may apply for COD orders (if applicable).
     All COD orders must be confirmed before dispatch. Unverified COD orders may be cancelled automatically.

  4. International Shipping
     We do not offer international shipping at this time. For bulk or export-related inquiries, you may contact our team directly.
