Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
You may request cancellation of your order before it is dispatched from our warehouse.
To cancel your order, you can:

Please include your order number in the cancellation request.
If your order has not been packed or shipped, we will cancel it and initiate a full refund within 1–2 business days to your original payment method.
Note: Cancellation requests sent via Instagram, Facebook, or any non-official support channel will not be considered valid.

Order Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If you still want to cancel after dispatch, you will need to accept the delivery and then file a return request as per our Return & Refund Policy. -
COD Order Cancellations
• COD orders may require confirmation through phone, SMS, or WhatsApp.
• Unverified COD orders may be cancelled automatically.
• Frequent COD cancellations may result in COD being disabled for your future purchases. -
Prepaid Order Refunds
If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method (UPI, wallet, card, etc.).
Refunds typically reflect within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank. -
Seller Cancellations
We may cancel an order from our side in cases such as:
• Product is out of stock or discontinued
• Invalid or incomplete shipping address
• Order flagged as suspicious or potentially high-risk by our payment gateway
In all such cases, you will be informed, and a full refund will be processed (if payment was made).
